About The Owner
Toye Perry is the Owner and Director of Kids Time. Toye has always had a passion for working with children. After earning her Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education from Coppin State University in 1996, she began her teaching career in Baltimore County, teaching grades K-3.
About Kids Time
Kids Time provides quality childcare to parents in the Reisterstown and Owings Mills areas. We offer a safe and nurturing environment for children ages 5 to 12 years of age. Campers are cared for by highly trained and screened dedicated directors and staff. Our nurturing environment makes a day at Kids Time the perfect place for children to play, laugh, learn and live a happy life.
